Refunds

Refund Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept items for exchange or refund within 14 days. Items returned after 14 days but before 30 days will be granted an exchange only. All returned items must be unaltered, unworn and in saleable condition. 

We will issue refunds on items damaged in transit, and ONLY if we are unable to replace that item. We will require a photo of the damaged item. We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they are buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the BUYER is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. Sonoma Essentials is not responsible for confiscated goods or undeliverable goods.

It is the BUYERS responsibility to be aware their countries Customs taxes. If an item is withheld by Customs because said country requires additional taxes, it is the BUYERS responsibility to cover the taxes. Sonoma Essentials is NOT liable for additional taxes to Customs and will not resend a package if it is confiscated by Customs due to failure to provide additional Customs taxes.

If the buyer provides an incorrect shipping address we WILL NOT resend a new package to a different address once the product(s) have already been sent to the address provided.


If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at sonomaessentialsco@gmail.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
